Regular Breaks are an indie/alternative band from the North-West of England, who create reflective, honest songs that gently push beyond the boundaries of the traditional singer-songwriter territory. 

Formed in 2025 by co-writers Bill Nessworthy and Antony Jones, and later joined by drummer Ross Vickery and bassist Ian Matthews, the band blend intimacy with experimentation — weaving alt-rock weight and post-rock intricacy into emotionally direct songwriting.

Drawing inspiration from artists such as Laura Veirs, Queens of the Stone Age, Minus The Bear, Fleetwood Mac and Feist, their sound balances melodic sensitivity with dynamic tension.
